Description: The 9th Annual Smart Cards in Government: Identity, Security & Healthcare Conference, the leading showcase for government projects in identity and security is back again beginning November 16–19, 2010 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
This year’s conference features expanded coverage of government efforts to improve cybersecurity, expand the use of federal PIV and PIV I (Interoperable) credentials and implement health IT security measures to secure electronic medical records and improve the security and privacy of patient information, provide the secure carrier for portable medical records, reduce healthcare fraud, and support new processes for portable medical records.
