Product Description
atsec information security is an accredited General Services Administration (GSA) FIPS 201 Evaluation Program (EP) Lab, allowing us to perform evaluations determining conformance of products and services to FIPS 201 requirements on behalf of GSA. atsec is also an accredited laboratory under the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) for cryptographic module validation testing (NVLAP Lab code 200658), and is accredited to conduct conformance testing of Personal Identity Verification (PIV) smart card applications and PIV middleware under the National Institute of Standards and Technology Personal Identity Verification Program (NPIVP).
When vendor testing of a product or service is required by the associated GSA EP approval procedure, a Vendor Test Data Report (VTDR) must be produced demonstrating the product or service’s compliance to FIPS 201 requirements prior to being submitted for GSA EP approval. atsec information security is an accredited GSA FIPS 201 EP Lab, and has the expertise needed to perform the testing required to produce VTDRs.
