The Skim-SHIELD™ PASS-Porter was designed specifically for use with the State Departments new PASS passport card and the WHTI program. The PASS-Porter is a clear, vinyl wallet-styled ID card holder which allows the card to be read only when the user opens the wallet. It can be worn on a lanyard or slipped into a pocket and protects up to 2 cards.
