CardLogix one step closer to approval with passed laboratory testing

CardLogix’s CREDENTSYS-J™ smart card has recently been certified to the National Institute Of Standards and Technology (NIST), FIPS 201 and many major cryptographic algorithm standards. These certifications advance the CREDENTSYS smart card to the next stage of approval for supply to the US Government’s Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Program. Testing for these certifications, which cover algorithms and software applet verification, was performed by Infogard Laboratories, Inc. The cards have undergone reliability and durability testing in accordance with the FIPS 201 standard and the Department of Defense (DOD) Common Access Card requirements, with testing done by Exponent Labs.
